Shipping policies
When will my items be shipped?
We prepare your item(s) for shipping within 5 business days. Most items are shipped out within this time frame. Some of our items (such as our fine prints) may take a bit longer due to the process involved in providing the product. While we ship as soon as possible, due to Covid and other postal disruptions, there may be delays. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your items.
Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. If you haven’t received your purchase within four weeks of ordering, please contact undertheplumeriatreellc@gmail.com.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our physical products are only available in the United States. Our digital download products however, may be purchased anywhere.
Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit.
Can I return my order?
If you don't love your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at undertheplumeriatreellc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
What do I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that your send your order number, description of the issue, and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control, and prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of the purchase of your order.
Where do my orders ship from?
The majority of our products ship from Oklahoma. Some of our products require additional special packaging and will be shipped from other locations.
